Community Tool Box The Community Tool Box, an initiative of the Work Group for Community Health and Development at the University of Kansas and the Quantum Foundation, in collaboration with the Area Health Education Center/Community Partners in Amherst, Massachusetts, provides more than six thousand pages of skill-building information on more than two hundred and fifty health- and development-related topics, including leadership, strategic planning, community assessment, and grant writing.
