Ten Kids' Health Issues to Watch in 2007
The physicians and editors of the KidsHealth Web site, created by the Nemours Foundation's Center for Children's Health Media, have identified ten significant trends in children's health to watch in 2007. The issues range from the threat of HIV infections, to the impact of childhood obesity, to new vaccines with the potential to save millions of children's lives, to the possible roles stem cells may play in treating diseases affecting kids.
