Foundation Involvement in Addressing Housing Solutions in the Bay Area The third in a series of reports from the Bay Area Foundation Advisory Group to End Homelessness, Finding the Way Home: A Philanthropic Guide to Housing Solutions (20 pages, PDF) examines the common causes of homelessness and barriers to creating stable, affordable housing for families and individuals in the region. Funded by Northern California Grantmakers and Fannie Mae, the report identifies a number of opportunities for foundations to address the issue of homelessness, from capacity building to policy reform.
