Preschool Expansion Plan for Illinois
Preschool for All (52 pages, PDF), the final report of the Illinois Early Learning Council, offers a detailed look at a plan to provide preschool for all three- and four-year-olds in the state. A year in development, the report was based on input from more than two hundred stakeholders, including schools, agencies, foundations, and parents, and was supported by nine funders, including the Joyce and McCormick Tribune foundations.
