From Promise to Practice: Mental Health Models that Work for Children and Youth (24 pages, PDF), a new report from Fight Crime: Invest in Kids, identifies potential prevention and early intervention programs for Proposition 63 funding, otherwise known as California's Mental Health Services Act. The report, which outlines family- and community-based treatment models and offers implementation recommendations, was funded by the California Endowment, the Evelyn & Walter Haas Jr. Fund, and the David and Lucile Packard, California Wellness, James Irvine, and Zellerbach Family foundations.
