A special "Funding for Arts Month" program.
Fiscal sponsorships are important arrangements for arts groups and individual artists. Join us to learn more about the topic as our guest speakers discuss how and why artists and emerging arts organizations raise funds through fiscal sponsors; what to ask and what to expect from your prospective sponsor; and how to navigate the legal pitfalls.
Following the program, we will have resource tables for representatives of local organizations to answer your questions about their programs and chat one-on-one. Organizations represented include IFP, Dance Theater Workshop, FJC Fiscal Sponsorship Program, and The Field, among others.
