JPMorgan Chase Funds Brooklyn Arts Organizations
The JPMorgan Chase Foundation has recently awarded $58,000 to 28 arts organizations in Brooklyn as part of its Brooklyn Regrant Program. The project, which will be managed by the Brooklyn Arts Council, will provide grants of $2,000 to $3,000 for staff development, capacity building, marketing materials, technology, and other administrative expenses.
"The number of arts and cultural organizations in Brooklyn continues to grow and our regrant program is vital to this growth," says Janet Rodriguez, Vice President for Cultural and Philanthropic Programs at JPMorgan Chase.
Applicant nonprofits must have been in existence for at least three years, with a maximum budget of $500,000. For a list of award winners, click on the link below.
