New York Tri-State Area Nonprofits Receive Funding from Citigroup

The Citigroup Employee Community Fund recently announced grants totaling $400,000 to 40 nonprofits with health and human services programs in the New York Tri-State Area.

Eric Eve, Senior Vice President of Community Relations for Citigroup's Global Consumer Group notes, "Our New York Tri-State Community Fund program aptly reflects our commitment to help make life better in the local communities because we are there…We are pleased to have this added opportunity to support very specific needs in our communities and salute the fine work of the nonprofit organizations receiving these funds."

Citigroup Employee Community Fund is supported by contributions from employees and the Citigroup Foundation. Since 1998, the Community Fund has awarded more than $2.3 million in funding.
