The Foundation Center Appoints Two New Vice Presidents

Anjula Duggal and R. Nancy Albilal Named to Leadership Roles

New York, NY — March 29, 2010. The Foundation Center has announced the appointment of Anjula Duggal as its vice president for marketing and communications and R. Nancy Albilal as its vice president for development.

Prior to joining the Center, Ms. Duggal was chief marketing & communications officer of the nonprofit Count Me In. Previously, she served as vice president for marketing & site operations at Retailer Networks Inc., oversaw the day-to-day marketing and operations for GiftandHomeChannel.com, and held marketing positions at both Sony Music and Universal Music. She has led web-based expansion initiatives and e-commerce operations, built online brands, provided business-to-business marketing solutions, and orchestrated small business membership programs. Ms. Duggal is a graduate of New York University.

R. Nancy Albilal recently held the position of director of strategic planning, resource development and evaluation for the City of Newark Department of Child and Family Well-Being. Previously, Ms. Albilal worked for the United Way in both Michigan and New Jersey, including seven years as the executive vice president of impact and chief operating officer for the United Way of Essex and West Hudson. During her tenure there she worked with multiple United Ways facilitating corporate, public, and private campaigns. In addition, Nancy has taught cultural diversity classes at Rutgers University, where she received both her BA and MSW degrees.

"Anjula and Nancy bring rich experience in multi-channel marketing, e-commerce, and resource mobilization together with a drive for getting and measuring results," says Bradford Smith, president of the Foundation Center. "These are precisely the skills we need today to help build the Foundation Center of tomorrow."
