Ellen G. Wong & Edward G. Wong Family Foundation The Ellen G. & Edward G. Wong Family Foundation is a small private foundation established in 2004. The Directors and Officers are members of the Wong family circle and serve as staff for grants evaluation. The Foundation is a member of San Diego Grantmakers. Our grantmaking is limited to San Diego County, California and to program philosophy/areas of support found in our mission and application guidelines.
