intentions, in 2003 the Board unanimously
elected to wind-down and terminate the
On September 15 of that year, a Certificate to Wind Up and Disolve-required under California Code Section 6611- was filed with the State Attorney General's office.
Due to the magnitude of the Foundation's assets and to allow sufficient time to successfully complete the wind-down, a target date of September 2018 has been set. The Board and staff have developed a Strategic Plan to accomplish the termination.
