If research determines that the project or program falls within the Foundation's funding priorities:

• Complete and follow instructions on the Foundation's Application Form, or use the Common Grant Application Format (accompanied by the Foundation's required attachments) available on-line through The Foundation Center at The Carnegie Library in Pittsburgh. The web address is: http://www.cmu.edu/develop/infoserv/prop/cgaf.html.

• Attach one copy of the proposal.

• Include all required attachments listed on the Foundation's application form.

• Proposals may be submitted at any time during the year.

• Video tapes should not be sent unless specifically requested.

• Electronic requests are not accepted.

Submit as instructed on the Foundation's Application Form.

All proposals will be acknowledged in writing. The Foundation will make every effort to move as expeditiously as possible on all requests.
