    Note: In an effort to secure increased funding for the field of palliative care, the Kornfeld Foundation joined with other foundations to form the Collaborative to Advance Funding for Palliative Care (CAFPAC). In 2010 CAFPAC produced a survey of the field entitled the Palliative Care Grantmaking Snapshot Report located at www.FundPalCare.org. In 2011, with the continuing maturation of the field of palliative care, and growing public and foundation responsiveness, CAFPAC completed its efforts and dissolved.
