How to Apply for a Grant
Eligibility:
To qualify for support, an organization must be a tax-exempt public charity, as determined by Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). The Foundation generally does not support direct services, deficit budgets, general operating funds, building or equipment funds, general fundraising campaigns, religious purposes, private schools, publications, scholarships, or grants to individuals.
How to Apply:
Letters of inquiry are accepted on an ongoing basis. All letters of inquiry should be addressed to Molly Barrons, Administrative Manager, and should include a brief description of the work the applicant is seeking funding for, a brief description of the organization and a return mailing address. All requests for funding should include a budget (either project or organizational) and should not include materials (DVDs, CDs, etc.) requiring return.

How to Apply for Special Awards in the Arts:
The Special Awards cycles are announced annually in May. When available, the application and guidelines can be downloaded here.
Applications for the Special Awards are due in late August and awards are announced the following January.
The application requires the use of Adobe's Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded to your computer free of charge from the Adobe web site.
