ONLINE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE NOTE: The O.P. and W.E. Edwards Foundation has moved its grant application and reporting process on-line. We will start accepting on-line applications immediately, with the grant cycle ending December 1, 2008 being our inaugural on-line grant application round. While we will still be accepting applications via the mail and email, we encourage you to use the on-line application in an effort to cut down on paper use and streamline the granting process. Please be sure to read the instructions below before applying online. To apply online, follow the link below to start an application:

The ONLINE application submission process is as follows:
- Create a profile with a username and password.
- Please make sure to read all of the instructions carefully.
- Submit a Letter of Inquiry – for present grantees this is a simple formality
- The Letter of Inquiry will be considered and if approved, you will be sent an email letting you know that you can now submit your application.
- We will try to get to your letter of inquiry in a timely manner but please allow some time for it to be considered and approved – two days for present grantees and one week for new grantees.
- Fill out the application to the best of your ability. Again, please make sure to read all of the instructions.
- You can print out a list of questions at any time so that you may work on them with out being logged on to the application.
- Make sure to save your application often so as not to lose information.
- By saving it you are not submitting it and can stop work and continue later.
- You must fill out all sections marked required (*) before you may submit the application.
- When you are satisfied with your application - submit it.
- After you submit it, you will not be allowed to add any more information unless we “re-activate” the application.
- If you make a mistake or need to add information after you have submitted the application, just let us know and we will let you make the necessary changes, provided it is still before the deadline.
- If we need any more information, we will inform you and let you add it to the application.
- You can save and /or print out a copy of the application for your records.

Looking to the future, we will be accepting reports via the web for those organizations awarded a grant during this, or any subsequent, granting cycle. As with applications, we will also accept grant reports via mail whole or in part. We will give you more information about submitting reports with grant award letters. If you were awarded a grant during this past year, please submit your grant report via mail or email as in the past.
