The O.P. and W.E. Edwards Foundation is a small, family foundation operating out of Red Lodge, MT. Created through the generosity of two brothers almost fifty years ago, the foundation is still directed by a board consisting of family members descending from the two original benefactors.

The Foundation consists of the following funds:

• The General Fund is primarily focused on programs for those children, youth and their families who are severely disadvantaged economically.

• The W. E. Edwards Fund is a testamentary fund distributed annually to a number of organizations specified under the will of the donor.

• Arts Fund, Environmental Fund and Astronomy Fund are unendowed, pass-through funds. Grants from these three funds are suggested by the donors.

Grant applications solicited by the donors of the Arts Fund, Environmental Fund and Astronomy Fund should be submitted directly to the donors only when requested.
