Applying for a GLASS Award

Inquiries: We encourage leaders to contact us with questions and comments.

Eligibility: In order to be eligible for the 2004 GLASS Award, an applicant must be a United States citizen, a legal resident of the U.S. or an entity formed and in good standing under the laws of one of the 50 States or the District of Columbia. If an application is made by a leadership team, each member must be individually eligible for the GLASS Award.

Application Cycle:
       Application Deadline: June 30, 2004 *
       Award Announcement: Approx. October 1, 2004

Submission Data Sheet: A submission must be accompanied by a fully-completed Submission Data Sheet (2004 GLASS Award Submission Data SheetPDF format).

Transmittal: By e-mail or hard copy to our Scottsdale office (contact us).

General Terms and Conditions

ECF may require the winning leaders to make statements of further assurances with respect to information included in or necessitated by submission materials.

ECF reserves the right to make the GLASS Award only to a plan and team aligned with ECF's Mission, Core Beliefs, Operating Principals and Strategies, if any, as determined by ECF at its sole and absolute discretion.

ECF is not responsible for the return of materials submitted for consideration.
