The scope, content and form of submittal are left to the discretion of the leadership team.

Our flexible approach has been designed to allow leaders to convey information about themselves and their plan in ways they consider most informative.

The winning plan will be thorough but succinct and in all respects will address the creation of school choice opportunities in greater Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona.
