The 2004 ECF GLASS Award is a $10,000 cash prize to be made to a school leader or leadership team and its plan for a charter public elementary school in greater Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona.
The goal of the Educational Choice Foundation GLASS Awards program is to positively impact school choice by recognizing and supporting excellence in educational leadership as represented in a plan for a new school.
