d.) Communication plan for the report including outreach methodologies, dispersal list of media & contacts.

Mentoring Children of Prisoners Training Project – To implement the Mentoring Children of Prisoners Training Project.  This includes the costs of bringing in a national, leading authority on mentoring children of incarcerated parents.  Every Child, Inc. will be developing a mentoring program for children with a variety of special needs who have incarcerated parents.
