Giving in the Aftermath of the Gulf Coast Hurricanes: Report on the Foundation and Corporate Response (2007). In addition to tracking funding commitments in the aftermath of Hurricanes Rita and Katrina, as part of the study, the Foundation Center interviewed representatives of ten of the top 25 independent foundations based on overall giving for relief, recovery, and rebuilding activities.
