How can I submit information to the Foundation Center's Web site?

The Foundation Center welcomes and values input from our users. Reflecting this, there are a number of ways to submit information for posting on the Foundation Center's Web site. These include:

  • RFP Bulletin: If you represent a grantmaking nonprofit organization and are interested in having your RFP appear here, please send an e-mail copy in ASCII text format to: ecr@foundationcenter.org, or send an announcement via regular mail to:

  • Job Corner: If you are a grantmaker or represent another type of nonprofit organiztion, click here to submit your job posting. For more information, you may contact Emily Robbins, PND's managing editor, at ecr@foundationcenter.org.

  • NPO Spotlight: If you'd like to see your NPO highlighted on our Web site, e-mail a description of your organization, following the format found on the Spotlight page, to spotlight@foundationcenter.org, or send a hard copy via snail mail to:

  • Each of the Center's libraries host "Spotlight On..." highlighting the activities of a different 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in each library's respective geographic region. The selection of organizations for the "Spotlight On..." is based on criteria such as programmatic interests, geographic focus, and size, to ensure the broadest possible representation of a region's nonprofit sector. If you'd like to see your NPO in the "Spotlight," e-mail a description of your organization, following the format you'll find here, to one of the following e-mail addresses, with "Spotlight Submission" in the subject line.

  • Foundation Finder: Grantmakers, help us keep your foundation's entry up to date! If you discover old or incorrect information, please complete our convenient Foundation Finder Update Form.

  • Foundation Folders: The Center offers space, free of charge, on its Web site to any eligible grantmaker that does not have its own site and is interested in seeing its program descriptions and guidelines, application information, grants lists, RFPs, newsletters, or other materials on the World Wide Web.
