• scan our collection of responses to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to see whether the information you need is already posted there.
• refer to the Foundation Finder if you are looking for name, address, or contact information on a foundation or foundations.
• contact our customer service department if you have a question about Foundation Center products and services. Representatives are available by telephone, 1-800-424-9836, or e-mail, customerservice@foundationcenter.org, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

If you are having trouble with the submission form, you can e-mail the Online Librarian directly at onlinelibrarian@foundationcenter.org. In your e-mail, please include the following information:

• your name and address;
• whether you are an individual grantseeker;
• if you represent a nonprofit organization, the organization's name and address;
• the full name, middle initial (if known), city and state location (if known), and any other information you already have about the particular foundation or individual you are researching; and
• sources already consulted (including Foundation Finder).
