SUBMITTING PROPOSALS
Grantseekers will be notified in writing within approximately one month of the appropriate deadline of the Foundation's decision to request a full proposal or decline the Letter of Inquiry.
Full proposals are accepted only at the request of the Foundation.
Full proposals are accepted according to the following schedule:

Proposals should be sent by US Mail and are due in the Foundation office by the deadline date.
Proposals should include the following information Maximum of 5 pages for #1 & #2 (narrative):
- Background and mission of the organization.
- Dollar amount requested and detailed description
of how the grant will be used.
- Most recent annual financial statements of the organization, audited if possible.
- The most recent annual report.
- A list of current officers and trustees of the organization.
- A copy of the organization's letter from the
Internal Revenue Service indicating tax-exempt statusfirst time submissions only.
- Information pertaining to other organizations
providing substantial funding.
If you have your financial information listed on Guidestar, include a note to that effect and omit it from the proposal packet.
Grantseekers will be notified in writing of the Foundation's funding decision within one month of the proposal submission deadline.
