Dori Ives founded Business & Community Services in 1991, a premiere philanthropy consulting firm designing high-impact marketing/fundraising projects for nonprofit organizations and community relations programs for corporations. With a unique mix of expertise that laces in depth expertise in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, she has the distinct ability to identify and develop successful programs. Recently, Dori has completed numerous e-philanthropy projects.

Dori is a nationally known expert that designs community relations strategies, charitable contributions plans, volunteer initiatives, matching gifts and employee giving programs, product donations, international giving initiatives, and scholarship programs. A partial list of corporate clients includes 3Com, Adobe, Aspect, Cisco, CyberGrants, eBay, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, Lam Research, Netscape, PG&E, Raychem, Visa, and Yahoo!

She has published three booklets that were distributed to thousands of organizations and written numerous articles. She is also a frequent speaker and lecturer at more than sixty workshops, community forums, and national conferences.

Dyanne Costales Compton is the Director of Member Services at Entrepreneurs Foundation. In this role Dyanne is responsible for maximizing EF's corporate member experience through offerings designed to help develop and improve their corporate social investment program. Dyanne works to continually enhance, extend, and advance the EF learning community with networking and training offerings and other powerful resources.

Dyanne brings to EF extensive experience and expertise in Corporate Philanthropy and Community Involvement. Prior to joining EF Dyanne spent over 15 years at Adobe Systems in several management positions including Senior Manager of Worldwide Community Relations. In this role Dyanne was responsible for Adobe's corporate community relations strategy and created award winning philanthropy programs. She developed and managed regional, national, and multi-national corporate grant and scholarship programs, volunteer initiatives, in-kind giving, and key relationships with corporate, NGO, and community partners. She created Adobe's sustained giving process, and started their donor advised fund.
