Tamara Lucas Copeland, president of the Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers, discusses findings from the association's recent survey of its members in an interview conducted by Pat Pasqual of the Foundation Center-Washington, DC. For the survey, members answered questions about how the economic downturn is affecting their giving in 2008 and what might happen in 2009.
