So you got the grant, now what? While many new to grantseeking consider the grant check to be the end of a long process, from the grantmakers' perspective that process has just begun. This program helps you learn how to make the most of your existing relationships with grantmakers. Based on the Foundation Center's new book, After the Grant: The Nonprofit's Guide to Good Stewardship, panelists addressed a variety of stewardship issues including meeting and communicating with funders, issues related to reporting on grants, and troubleshooting advice when things don't go as planned. Panelists include grantmakers who are chapter authors or featured case studies in the new book, as well as other local foundation representatives.
