Rx (Roundtable Exchange) is a free, peer support group for development professionals or leaders from any type of nonprofit organization. It is designed for those with at least five years of experience and is limited to 20 nonprofit representatives who should come ready to participate and actively contribute to the group.
This session is for you if you have questions about how to approach strategic planning in uncertain economic times. This can include questions about adapting an exisiting plan to the current economic environment, creating short-term plans in direct response to new economic realities, or starting a new strategic planning process. Group leader K.C. Henry will be on hand to address questions raised by the group and share information based on her experience as Principal of Transitions Unlimited, a consulting firm that specializes in strategic planning, board advancement, project management, and development.
