Dan Cain explains how to develop a long-term plan for your organization. Discusses the purpose of planning, who to involve in the process, developing a mission statement, reviewing and tracking the plan, and other topics.
• "Raising More Money: Re-Igniting Your Board "  Friday, August 15 @ 12:00 pm (film is 21 minutes)
  Benevon Founder Terry Axelrod explains how her step-by-step program allows board members to participate in the fundraising process without directly asking for donations.
• "Executive Performance Evaluation: A Cain Consulting Seminar for Board Members and Executives"  Friday, August 22 @ 12:00 pm (film is 40 minutes)
  Dan Cain outlines the steps for assessing the chief executive. He discusses why evaluation is necessary, what to evaluate, how to build board consensus, and how to follow-up after the evaluation.
