90 minutes
The web is evolving into a global interactive marketplace. Every minute, new content is being posted on various forums, review sites, blogs, media-sharing sites, bookmarking sites, in chats, and on wikis. These ongoing conversations are both a threat and an opportunity to a brand’s reputation.
This program will focus on the collection and interpretation of information about conversations that may affect the future of organizations. By understanding the wants, needs, goals, values, perceptions, and reference groups of relevant communities, an organization can develop a more effective communications plan.
