With all that is going on today, organizations want to find the RIGHT volunteers and help them to thrive and become as passionate as the paid staff and board members about their cause. That is not done with a magic wand, but it can be done if you have the correct information you need to grow and nurture a GREAT volunteer force. Marty Atherton, a volunteer management consultant, will lead this training session.
