The non profit arts community is not only a major contributor to Georgia's second largest industry (tourism) but also provides jobs, economic growth and quality of life improvements.

Susan S. Weiner, Executive Director of Georgia Council for the Arts, will present statistical information that supports arts-related economic data based on research conducted in three Georgia communities: metro Atlanta, Savannah and Bibb County. There will also be a demonstration of the Georgia Economic Impact Calculator for Nonprofit Arts Organizations.
