Meeting Space Rental
Foundation Center's multi-functional training facility is conveniently located two blocks from the Montgomery Street station on the BART or MUNI. It is ideal for groups looking for space in which to host meetings, conferences, seminars, events, or other programs.
The facility is wheelchair accessible and fully compliant with Americans for Disabilities Act specifications.
Availability
9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, subject to Foundation Center's program schedule.
Event Guidelines
If you plan to use the meeting space to host an event, events must be free, open to the public, and aligned with Foundation Center's other offerings.
Reserving Meeting Space
Please fill out the online Meeting Space Rental Inquiry form.
Payment
Foundation Center accepts major credit cards and checks as payment. Renters will be sent an electronic invoice after services rendered.
Confirmation and Cancellation Policies
Once the Rental Inquiry Form is received, Foundation Center staff will confirm the reservation via email.
Requests to cancel reserved meeting space must be received at least one week before the scheduled rental date for the renting organization to be refunded full payment. If a cancellation is received less than one week in advance, the renting organization will be invoiced for half of the total cost for the rental.
If cancellation is due to a situation outside of the renting organization's control, such as a natural disaster or extreme weather, the organization will receive a full refund.
