New York, NY -- April 11, 2013. Robert Yaeger has been appointed vice president for finance and administration at the Foundation Center in New York City, a data-driven knowledge provider on the growing field of philanthropy. Recently, Mr. Yaeger was vice president of finance and business intelligence at Voltari Media, an organization that develops innovative web and mobile application advertising solutions, where he managed a significant growth in revenue and instituted operational efficiencies that led to increased profitability.

In his new position, beginning April 15, Mr. Yaeger will serve as a key member of the Center's leadership team. He will assume primary responsibility for maintaining the Center's financial health and charting its future financial strategy. Mr. Yaeger's financial duties will include budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, pricing, and planning. Additionally, he will oversee operational areas including human resources, enterprise project management, customer service, and facilities.

Prior to joining Voltari Media, Mr. Yaeger was vice president of finance and business operations at Metro Networks, a Clear Channel Communications company. Before that, he was director of finance for Conde Nast's online division where he led the acquisition of several of the company's most prominent web properties, including WIRED.com. Mr. Yaeger began his career as a financial analyst with Simon & Schuster.

Robert Yaeger earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University and is currently pursuing an MBA from Hofstra University.
